CBT-I is short-term, skills-based, and effective. It is considered the gold standard, first line treatment for insomnia. In CBT-I, you will learn how your body regulates sleep, what interferes with your ability to sleep well, and develop strategies to help you sleep better. Group size is limited to allow time to review each member's progress and make personalized treatment recommendations.
