Therapy is a place where you can gain curiosity and skills, make meaning and ultimately feel relief. People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Sometimes you feel stuck, overwhelmed, consumed with struggles. Other times, you need extra support and the space to be heard. In my practice, I collaborate with patients to create a space where you are respected, listened to and encouraged. Our work will allow you to gain insight and increase motivation towards living a happier and more fulfilling life. I tailor each treatment to fit individual needs and work together towards positive change.

I have been working for over twenty five years with people facing a wide variety of life situations, including issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, life transitions, relationships, health, trauma, employment, education, and identity. My training includes extensive work with adults and adolescents in out-patient settings.

My office is located in Downtown Brooklyn and is accessible by numerous buses and trains (2,3,4,5,A,C,F,R) to the Borough Hall area. Please note - due to covid - I am also offering Telehealth sessions.
