I am currently not accepting any new clients. I do have a waitlist. I have worked with mothers and their families across the lifecycle including adolescence, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and end-of-life concerns. I specialize in working with individuals and families in transition such as the transition to becoming pregnant, becoming parents, changing jobs, empty nesters, and aging/loss. If you are looking to heal old patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck than we might be a good fit to work together. I also utilize EMDR therapy to reprocess past traumatic incidents so that you can heal and move forward in your life.
I have been a mental health professional in the field for over 15 years and a licensed social worker since 2021. I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I utilized my past training in mindfulness meditation, teaching yoga, and advanced training in Ayurveda and nutrition to provide holistic support to clients across the lifecycle.
