As a marriage and family therapist, I can help. I focus on helping my clients create close, supportive relationships with their loved ones, (and with themselves) so that they have the support they need to overcome challenges and flourish.
I have advanced training in treatment modalities specifically developed for relationship conflicts, trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I've completed post-graduate externships in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy, considered the gold standard of couples therapy. I also have extensive experience with individuals with severe eating disorders.
