Whether you are a single adult, a partner, or a parent, we all struggle with stressors such as feelings of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, financial pressures, and difficult relationships. I use a collaborative, holistic, and relational approach to create a safe and brave environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore themselves and their relationships. l use interventions from various therapies, such as CBT and mindfulness.
I have specialized training in couples and family therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where I am a Teaching Fellow and Clinic Associate, and perinatal mental health from PostPartum Support International and the PostPartum Stress Center. These certificates make me especially suited to work with couples navigating the perinatal period.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a MSW from Columbia University, advanced certificate in couples and family therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, and certificates from the Beck Institute for CBT, PostPartum Support International, and the PostPartum Stress Center.
