I work with individuals couples, and families. I'm trained in depth psychology and psychodynamic therapy for trauma and PTSD and Gottman for couples and families. I aim to explore the deeper roots of emotional suffering, to create a long-lasting and authentic love for yourself, to empower you to set boundaries in your relationships and build healthier bonds.
