It is my dream and honor to help clients who feel stuck in some way in their lives and relationships work towards health, wholeness, and growth. This "stuck" feeling may show up in many different areas in life, such as relational disconnection and conflict, recurring family-of-origin issues, struggles with anxiety and depression, or generally feeling like you're at a crossroads. I firmly believe that relational wounds can only heal in relationship. Therefore, I am dedicated to creating and fostering the safe and secure therapeutic space needed for my clients to begin the hard work of looking deeper and working towards health.
As an EFT trained professional, I use attachment theory to help individuals and couples explore their emotional experiences and needs with themselves and with others. My goal is to help you engage with your voice and with your needs, and in turn help you experience new and alternative ways to interact with yourself and with others.
