I work with clients representing many ages and identities who experience issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, identity exploration and life changes. My therapeutic style is warm, accepting, and collaborative. I bring commitment to cultural sensitivity and social justice to my work, respecting that our lives are connected to and shaped by multiple cultural, communal, and societal influences. I value helping clients find their own best answers to challenges, understand how past experiences impact present life, engage in healing and find personal sources of creativity, health, happiness, and hope.

As a therapist at Self Space, I support your process with tools including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing and mindfulness. I bring art and writing to our work if you are interested. I believe each of us has capacity for growth, healing and authentic expression and therapy provides a vital way to realize that capacity.
