Welcome all! I am happy to have you here. Celebrate yourself for seeking support during these challenging times. While it may feel overwhelming with the amount of information on the website, take a few deep breaths and ground yourself before you begin. A lot of the work I do begins with checking into how you are doing, where is your body currently at, and what do you need in this current moment. Healing begins from within. I love meeting clients where they are at and allowing their strengths to shine and guide the work. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker under the supervision of Lisa Shea, LCSW. I am a Reiki Level 1 practitioner.
My experience is with adolescents and adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, LGBTQIA+ issues, substance use, sexual health issues and reproductive issues. I offer in person sessions in Kent, CT, virtual sessions via tele-health, and walk & talk. I am here to support individuals, partners, and families.
I look forward to connecting and having the privilege to be a part of your journey!
