Welcome! I work with a wide range of clients and concerns, and enjoy working with teens and young adults. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, family issues, and social and relationship struggles.
I use an integrative approach to create a unique plan for each client. I emphasize skill-building and self-confidence as essential components of change and growth. I have also worked at a variety of treatment settings including a therapeutic preschool, residential treatment centers, outpatient therapy clinics, and a special education school.
