I specifically help people work through challenges connected to their family of origin as well as navigating narcissistic abuse dynamics in other relationships. I will help you process what you're going through, explore unhelpful patterns, help you make sense of antagonistic dynamics, and help you develop self-compassion as well as a healthy sense of self.

I provide a warm and empathic space in which to explore the challenges you are having. Feeling a sense of safety and trust in therapy allows room for vulnerability, something that is essential for the healing process.
