My style of practice is direct, interactive and compassionate. I focus on skill building and enhancing your strengths. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer evidence based alternatives such as EMDR, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, DBT, CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
