Do you find yourself feeling overwhelming at times, leading to avoidance and isolation? Do you feel lost, unfulfilled, or confused about next steps in your life? Do wish to gain healthy coping skills? My goal is to help my clients develop healthier coping skills and gain insight into the underlying cause of their problem. I have an extensive background working with the substance use population as well as their families. Helping individuals learn, heal, and grow is a deeply fulfilling experience for both myself, and the client. Off the bat I share my sense of humor, which helps foster a great therapeutic alliance from the start.

I am multi-theoretical, grounded in evidenced based practice. I'm Certified in CRAFT (Community Reinforcement & Family Training) for loved ones of people struggling with addiction and trained in other models. With a supportive therapeutic relationship, I work with my clients in a non-judgmental, creative and collaborative environment that encourages change.

Together we can work to create an individualized path that works best for you. I will help you focus on what can change in the present and plan for the future to improve quality of life. I believe that every client has the intrinsic ability to heal and grow and as the therapist I aim to shine the light and help facilitate this process of change.
