I believe that good therapists are skilled at helping you feel comfortable being completely authentic when discussing these challenges. My goal is to provide exactly that type of assistance. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Coach, and an AAMFT Approved supervisor, I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am also a published author, experienced presenter, and 6ABC, WURD, the Philadelphia Inquirer, KYW, and more have interviewed me.
I help clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, and identity development. My work is informed by social justice, holistic wellness, and the fundamental belief that it is my job to honor each client's description of health. This helps my clients reach their goals in a space uniquely tailored to their values.
