Do you feel stuck in the trauma, activation in the body, & fear of abandonment? Are your symptoms not resolving through traditional talk therapy? I offer trauma resolution for women and queer folx ready to heal. Life certainly has a way of presenting what can feel like insurmountable challenges that distract us from our true nature. When we hit rock bottom it creates a crack for our greatness to flood through though often the pain of breaking distracts us in an unbearable way. Together we'll mend those cracks with gold. Sometimes we just need a lighthouse to show us the way back to our greatness, or to uncover it for the first time.
My approach heavily uses EMDR to help you move through and past the trauma. Additionally, I use Mindfulness, Polyvagual theory, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Art Therapy to help confront and let go of our experiences in a healthy way. I'm passionate about working with women & the LGBTQIA community who are wanting to resolve trauma & PTSD.
At this moment you've encountered a crossroad in your journey, life may feel painful and raw, but it doesn't have to stay that way. You deserve a vibrant life beyond that of your imagination, and I'd be honored to walk you home to your most authentic and powerful nature. Let’s work together to rebuild the pain of living into a story of empowerment.
