Did you know that most people will seek an outside perspective for support at some point in their lives? Whether it be for symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or past trauma - we all need a confidant who can listen, understand, and offer actionable solutions. What I hear most often from clients is that I offer a balance of creating a warm and comfortable environment, while also, challenging them in ways that make them motivated to create change in their lives. I believe this is key to success in therapy!

I am what one might call a "go-getter" type of therapist. I am able to conceptualize issues quickly and help clients see the root of problems. I work hard to be honest and transparent with clients, while also offering empathy, compassion, and support.

My work is centered around healing. I focus on helping clients navigate and process the impacts of their history, repair damaged relationships, develop healthy patterns, and grow interpersonally. I specialize in Emotion-Focused Therapy for couples and Interpersonal Process Therapy for individuals. I also offer EMDR for clients struggling with trauma.
