My specialty is to help guide individuals and couples with mental health or addiction challenges within the marriage relationship have hope again. This includes anxiety disorders (OCD, PTSD, etc.), mood disorders (depression, bipolar I/II, etc.), personality disorders (borderline personality, OCPD, etc.), and substance use disorders.
I offer evidence-based, relationship strategies and resources for supporting you to feel and function better as we work together to bring more health into your life, marriage and relationship. I also offer the faith component if you would like it to be included in the therapy session. Change will take hard work, development of new skills but hope is ahead.
