Enduring the difficult times in our lives can be daunting, unless we have the proper support. In my office, I work to provide a safe, comfortable, judgement-free setting for children, individuals, couples and families to work through life's issues. My focus is on helping people overcome the challenges they are facing through a variety of therapeutic interventions. I will work to understand you and your needs in order to provide the best therapy possible.
Fifteen years of experience in both the mental health field and in the school setting has afforded me the opportunity to work with individuals and families coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, substance use and family conflict. As a school social worker, I have experience in Special Education and with students experiencing limited school success.
