In my approach, I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, a model that focuses on your strengths, resilience, and achieving goals. I get that dealing with trauma, stress, and the impact of life's critical incidents can be tough. I offer traditional sessions but can offer other settings such as "walk and talks" to discover what suits you best.
My education and life experience helps me understand and explore your feelings during our sessions. I strive to be a partner on your journey towards better mental health and greater resilience.
