I am great at helping people with life transitions, work life balance, addiction, trauma, relationships and divorce. I am an entrepreneur, craftsman, part time stay at home dad and outdoorsman. People feel comfortable working with me because I believe in the good in them and because my experience working outside of therapy helps me to understand a wide range of individuals and families.
I specialize in relationships and work with individuals, couples and families. I commonly help with career counseling, stress, depression, divorce, marriage, infidelity, addiction, self-esteem, parenting, teens, men's issues, spirituality, family relationships and finance. I am trained in mediation and work in collaborative law.
I am currently taking clients meeting in person in my office in Gig Harbor and through telehealth. Give me a call I look forward to getting to know you. My hours are mostly in the daytime while my kids are at school with some limited availability in the afternoon/ evening.
