I am a Licensed Educational Psychologist based in Wellesley, MA. In my private practice, I provide consultation, psychotherapy, and evaluation services. I help children and families to navigate a range of challenges that often manifest during the difficult transitions that accompany pre-adolescence, adolescence, and young adulthood. My first task when working with an adolescent is to establish a meaningful connection. I want to learn what is important to them, how they view themselves, and how they want to be viewed (which may be quite different than how they feel others view them). I want your child to feel respected, safe, and understood.
If there is frustration and worry about your child and you are unsure of how to improve the situation, I’m happy to listen with fresh ears and offer some neutral feedback.
