I focus on accessing and tracking resiliency that people sometimes lose touch with to make change happen. I am counseling individuals, couples and families to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen emotional intimacy. More recently I assist people with difficult transitions managing chronic health and age related challenges. I am here to support you in that journey.
