I am passionate about developing meaningful client relationships and helping teenagers and adults recognize their strengths and abilities, while empowering them to make changes that positively impact their lives. I tailor my treatment approach specifically to each client's individual needs. I employ a multitude of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and others. I tailor my treatment approach specifically to each client's individual needs. I help clients adopt a "growth mindset", in order to focus on building on their strengths.
