While partnering with my clients, I use a variety of techniques to help them reach their therapeutic goals including internal family systems, mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and attachment based therapy. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. I have worked in hospital, school, and private practice settings for 6 years.
I believe we are created for community and are not meant to struggle alone. I am honored each time a client chooses to disclose their struggles and hurt to me.
