I specialize in using EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic expertise to identify core issues rapidly and resolve past negative experiences and trauma. Clients experience clarity, deep insight, and emotional and physiological relief more quickly than traditional "talk therapy." I am a Certified EMDR Therapist.
