As a well practiced couples therapist, I enjoy supporting people reconnect with one another and overcome changes, comfortably working with traditional, non-traditional, and LGBTQ couples. With families, I help each member master healthy communication, reorganize roles, and learn to have fun with one another again.
In my life have overcome many struggles personally and with others. I have used these experiences as seeds of inspiration for the therapeutic methods I use today. My clients describe me as having a welcoming, open, and active style in sessions.
I strongly value creating a judgement free environment for my couples and individuals, free of labels.
