Many people have survived sexual trauma, harassment, or shame, and sex no longer feels safe or fun. My goal is to help you process trauma and reconnect with your own wants and needs. I use an eclectic mix of theories, but I often draw from attachment theory, intersectional feminism, and mindfulness.
