Trauma Yoga

This closed-group eight week program will help you develop coping skills and thought patterns that help you process trauma, and will serve you throughout life. We accept both private pay and insurance.

MENTAL HEALTH IS HARD Come talk about it. Do you have a loved one in the hospital? Are you taking care of your loved one & having a hard time taking care of yourself? Do you feel sad, angry, guilty, or scared? All of the above & more? You are not alone. Come talk about your story with humans who are having similar experiences. Come participate in a judgment-free support group to learn coping skills, self-care techniques, & to just vent.

Be surrounded by love and community. Our pre and postnatal group is designed to offer a safe space for you to share your pregnancy and after birth journey. During a time where loneliness feels so close, know that you are not alone. We are an inclusive group and love father engagement!
