I am a skilled trauma, individual, & couples therapist. I am a certified EMDR Therapist, as well as completed Gottman Couples Therapy trainings levels 1-3 trainings. I am here to assist you in your journey of healing, & understanding. AdditionalIy, I use several different therapy modalities too. These are IFS, A.R.T., CBT, & Narrative Therapy. Therapy is hard and choosing the therapist you connect with can feel over whelming. I offer a 15min phone consultation for free, as well as you can email me any questions you have. Allow me to answer them for you as you consider working towards healing with me.

Heart of Peace Counseling focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, and couples therapy. Using the therapies listed above, to help clients move beyond the events and disorders that are affecting them. I also work with clients who looking for assistance with premarital and blended family therapy.

I understand how hard it is to work on the things that affect you. It takes courage to come into someone's office that you don't know. I try to offer a safe, comfortable, and compassionate place to work on the things that bring you into therapy. I look forward to working with you. Session hours are 8-1 pm M-Th.
