This remote group is an excellent fit for anyone experiencing a difficult relationship with their vessel. The facilitator, Mary Mireles is a BodyTrust and HAES provider, dedicated to supporting folks in building compassion for - and comfort in - their bodies.

This group will utilize elements of psychotherapy, narrative therapy and music therapy to uncover, challenge, embrace and find joy and connection in transgender experiences. The group will meet on Zoom, and will be capped at a max of 15 people.
