I am very passionate about helping women in the prime of their lives who feel stuck in life's challenges, struggle with self-love, and have a hard time saying no. Whether navigating personal relationships, career, parenting, or spirituality, I am here to guide and support. I believe all of us have our own innate wisdom and ability to heal ourselves and I love to partner with other fellow humans to make that happen. I help clients kick the ego to the curb and embrace a heart-centered practice to live a life of grace and ease. I love Tarotpy, using imagery to help break through unconscious blocks and create new psychic shifts. I find Brainspotting very healing. As a Life and Spiritual Coach, I help motivate clients to make the changes they deserve and desire.
I strongly believe in the law of attraction and know that whoever I am meant to help and whatever experience we are meant to share, that is who will show up! I have a sense of humor and don't mind laughing at myself and have a gentle way of helping my clients see their blocks that is supportive.
