I have worked with clients who have experienced both childhood and adult trauma, addiction, co-dependency, anxiety and depression. Their needs consist of finding new coping skills, learning how to set healthy boundaries, develop assertive communication, process feelings of shame, accountability, support, forgiveness, self-acceptance and compassionate understanding of addictive behaviors. Their goals are to gain self-awareness, insight and an understanding of "Why" and "How" addiction has impacted their lives.

As a licensed alcohol/drug/mental health counselor, I serve each person holistically to discover the barriers that get in the way of healthy living. My client-centered approach allows for each person to feel empowered and heard. I have experience with those impacted by addiction and strive to help individuals and families break the cycle of addiction.
