I have a specialty in sex therapy which, if needed, provides a level of safety and knowledge that facilitates deep healing and growth for couples and individuals.
When working with couples, I recognize that each partner comes to the relationship with their own expectations, dreams and past hurts. Differences can lead to conflicts/patterns that pull you apart. I want to help you reconnect, learn new ways of relating, and discover deeper levels of contentment and intimacy.
I am an AASECT certified sex therapist, which means I have extensive additional education and training working with individuals, couples and families around topics including: mismatched sexual desire, infidelities, sexual functioning, pain disorders, sexual trauma, gender fluidity, religious shame, and de-transitioning.
