As a fellow queer nuerodivergent geek, it can be challenging to find mental health professionals who understand the importance of fandoms, videogames, cosplay, and other geeky interests in the therapeutic space. Sometimes it feels like speaking another language. However, here the geeky is celebrated for the strength it has brought and looks at how to transfer those strengths to other areas such as working with anxiety, exploring one's gender identity, or learning to set healthy boundaries with others. I view our time as a place to explore parts we don't often give space to in our regular day.

By honoring and meeting clients where they are at, we can travel together as partners in healing. Social justice, empowerment, and building a sustainable lifestyle to help reduce rates of burnout from a nuerodiversity affirming lens are a part of the work that I do with my clients while engaging in special interests as a place of healing & strength.
