I help people find hope again. I am a trauma and EMDR therapist specializing in PTSD and grief. Working with survivors of child abuse, rape, sexual assault, narcissistic abuse, and other violence, I’ve helped clients overcome unspeakable atrocities. I’ve spent years working with people just like you, striving to reclaim peace in their lives.

The common lie my clients tell themselves is, “It’s not that bad, other people have it worse.” You’re not other people, and if your life is being impacted by the heavy emotions you’re carrying, you deserve to get help.
