Eco-Therapy: Themed Nature Walks
This weekly nature walk will take place either at Wissahickon/Valley Green Park or Fairmont park. Each week there will be a different theme of which we will explore in a short opening circle and optional meditation. We will then take a walk together as a group and contemplate and discuss the theme with our peers. We will close with a quick opportunity to share with the group.
