Adult Groups
We provide groups on trauma, Anger management and support for women empowerment. Expressive arts and mindfulness interventions provided for coping skills. Weekly Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 12pm, and 2pm. call for information. Space is limited-8 week groups.

Our groups are facilitated in 8 week intervals. We will provide coping skills on Anxiety/depression, Peer Interaction, Building self esteem, Anger, and emotion regulation. Boys and girls groups. Space is limited so enroll your child today. Ongoing groups! Biweekly Thurs 7-8 and Sat 10-11.
