Loneliness and Belonging (starts Jan. 26 2024)
Brief therapy focusing on the topics of Loneliness and Belonging. Participants who have experienced being "othered", somehow different, and disconnected from meaningful relationships will be given opportunity to tell their story, receive feedback, and create symbols through art to help navigate their own connection with loneliness and belonging. Beings Jan. 26 2026, meets Fridays 12:00pm PST to 1:30pm PST. All members must sit for a consult to determine "fit" for this group, as it is a therapy group.

Food Allergy, Celiac Disease Group (Paused)
You just found out at your doctor's office that you have food allergies up the wazoo, you have Celiac Disease, or you are intolerant to gluten, soy, dairy, or other common foods and ingredients. Your doctor tells you to avoid these foods. Now what? The next steps include not only learning what to do and how to eat, but changing your lifestyle, learning to socialize, educating your family, and dealing with the stress and depression highly associated with serious food sensitivities and disease. This group will be lead by an LMHC with both CD and food allergies.
