Is your relationship on the brink of a break-up? We help couples improve their communication, their sex life, or figuring out how to separate amicably. We are LGBTQ+ affirming, sex positive, kink-friendly and nurturing to all clients. We also help couples navigating open relationships (ENM), polyamory, and non-traditional relationship arrangements. If your partner is not ready for therapy, we provide individual therapy to help navigate relationship situations. India has a long history of treating PTSD / trauma and first responders both individual or couples.
I know it's not easy to find a therapist you connect with but The Haven Center is designed to be a safe and judgment-free zone. Sessions often include education on communication skills and conflict resolution based on Gottman and EFT.
