As meaning-making creatures, finding a sense of clarity regarding our experiences goes a long way towards reconnnecting with our true selves, regulating our emotions, and reaching our healing goals. I specialize in treating childhood trauma and its aftermath. Drawing from somatic interventions designed to empower clients to regain a sense of safety, i.e. yoga therapy, parts work/IFS, and the polyvagal theory, I provide my clients with an education regarding the central nervous system, how it responds to environmental stressors, and how to self-regulate.
It can be extremely difficult to revisit past traumas, reconnect with lost parts of yourself, and find fulfillment in daily life. I fully believe that harnessing your internal wisdom will pave your path toward healing. It's your internal wisdom that led you here!
