(In)fertility Women's Support Group
This is a support group for women who are currently undergoing Assisted Reproductive Technology and/or are stuggling with issues around their fertility. Whether you have never been pregnant, have had pregnancy loss(es), are considering or currently undergoing treatment(s), diagnosed with PCOS, or experiencing secondary infertility - all are welcome. Miscarriage Support Group
This group is for women who are grieving miscarriage, stillbirth, newborn loss, selective reduction or pregnancy termination. Nearly one-third of all pregnancies end in some form of loss. Such losses often fall into the category of "disenfranchised grief" - grief that is not fully acknowledged by society and for which there are few support systems, traditions or institutions to help. You do not have to go through the grieving process alone. Many women are surprised by the depth of the pain and range of emotions they are experiencing - it is normal to be experiencing whatever you are experiencing.

Stillbirth Couples Support Group
This group is for COUPLES who are greiving their deceased baby(s).This is an opportunity for healing not only as a couple, but for the men to find a support system as well. I create a sacred space where everyone can feel understood, held and supported through a grief that needs to be acknowledged, a baby that needs to be honored, while learning compassion for your journey and your partner's journey. Men and women do grieve differently. We light candles in memory of your baby and I use guided meditations to promote feelings of calm and safety.
