My focus is on providing a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental and compassionate space for adults, couples, and families to share their experiences and to help navigate through some more difficult life changes [positive or negative]; to create more balance in your life. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to make changes to improve their lives, find purpose, and meaningful fulfillment.
I have 10+ years of experience working with a range of people experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and symptoms of severe, persistent mental illness (SPMI). I believe in creating skills for effective coping mechanisms for overall wellness. I can collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, social service agencies.
