My clients are those who find themselves processing at the end of the day. They either don't have time to take care of themselves, lack community support, or use the business of the day to drown out the internal noise. They wrestle with sadness, doubt, fear, anxiety, past pain, and difficult relationships. They may be outsiders - feeling alone, misunderstood, or unaccepted. They are motivated to get help, but might not know exactly how to do it, yet. They are thoughtful, and courageous enough to give therapy a try. They also know that their time is valuable, and that online therapy saves them time, energy, and money.
Since 2017, my experience includes working in an international private practice, behavioral health hospital, and the juvenile justice system. My approach is based on three principles: Feeling heard, taking control, and experiencing freedom. Our time will be used the way you want to and strategies tailored to your needs, not based on outside sources.
I believe that each person is inherently good, valuable, and their story matters. I also know that for many of us, finding the time to invest in ourselves can seem impossible. That's why I offer late-night online counseling for those who lay awake at night ruminating or can't find the time to think about themselves until the end of the day.
