I work with young children, adolescents, and adults; providing individual, couples, and group therapy. As a Registered Play Therapist and a Level I Theraplay Practitioner, I work with clients to process traumatic experiences, improve emotion regulation, manage anxiety, address challenges with defiance and impulsivity, and assisting with attachment and relationship building.
My approach to therapy is strength based and person centered to meet the individualized needs of every client that I work with. Play therapy and Theraplay are evidenced based models that have proven outcomes in working with young children and clients that have experienced traumatic upbringing inclusive of being raised in blended and foster/adopted families.
