I use an eclectic mix of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and Integrative Medicine, based specifically on your needs and goals.
Many of us carry emotional burdens that are too heavy, and they cause anxiety, depression and disconnection. Some of us never learned the tools we need to connect well with others or with ourselves. My goal is to help you unravel your past and present so that you can be the best you possible.
My experience spans from work with young children to older adults. I specialize in working with children and teenagers, family and parenting issues, trauma, adoption issues, as well as anxiety and depression. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to find balance.
