If you have experienced trauma in your life and are at a place where most other talk therapies have not helped you. There's hope. Trauma is not an intellectual experience. It's a full body experience. That's why you aren't "getting better" with the mental exercise of regular talk therapy. While it helps to understand your trauma, it will continue to be experienced in the body and the nervous system as physical symptoms. Recovery from trauma is full body, as well as a heart and mind experience.
My nontraditional approach creates a safe haven for deep transformation and healing. My practice incorporates the body, mind and spirit through talk therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), somatic trauma release, mindfulness based tools, CBT & conscious breathwork.
I had a thriving practice for well over a decade. Yet, the more I tried, the more I felt stuck…restless. I took a sabbatical. I wrote “Wilumina and the Well” (coming in 2023)! I travelled far and wide & within, to find my way back to me… & to you. Together, we will dive into the well of healing. We will recover who you were before your light got dimmed.
