I help adults, children and families overcome barriers such as negative self beliefs, overwhelming feelings, and negative past experiences that can get in the way of being true to yourself and more connected to others. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where people learn about themselves and try new ways of coping and overcoming challenges.
Children and Families: Play is the language of children. I will utilize play therapy techniques to help children solve their problems and become more connected to others. I will work closely with children and their families to develop a plan to meet their goals.
Adults: I believe the answers for living a happier life are within each person. I will challenge and support you by using theories and techniques that acknowledge individuals' self-determination, intelligence, and strength.
