I work with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, adoption/foster care, transitions, self-esteem, trauma/abuse etc. and in special education. I use a values-based and growth mindset approach while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness.
