We all have our own stories we want to tell, rewrite, or change. What's stopping you from living out your best story? I am here to journey with you and dig deeper into the issues that may be preventing your goals, dreams, and aspirations from becoming a reality. Let's use the power of hope, growth, and healing to make changes. I want to help you set clear goals and positive expectancy for yourself while developing the resiliency you need to do hard things. Together, let's help you dream again about the person you want to be, the mindset you want to have, the relationships you want to cultivate, and the future you envision.
I work with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, adoption/foster care, transitions, self-esteem, trauma/abuse etc. and in special education. I use a values-based and growth mindset approach while utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness.
I want to be the best fit for your needs and goals. Please contact via email for appt , insurance, and form information. See if we can journey together with what you need to navigate to make changes in your life.
