Hi! I’m Jen and I’m not perfect. It took me a long time to be able to say and accept that statement. In fact, I embrace the things that are imperfect: I am a trauma survivor. I am neurodivergent. I have struggled with depression and anxiety. I have navigated all of these difficulties throughout my life and seek to help others navigate their issues as well. I am fully authentic with my clients and I hope my clients will be fully authentic with me.
I treat people with perfectionism-associated issues; trauma and trauma-related disorders (excluding personality disorders); and adult neurodivergence (ADHD and autism) with a special interest in women and individuals AFAB. I also complete testing and assessments for adults: ADHD, autism, dissociation, trauma, and mood disorders.
I enjoy working with all people. My therapy style has been described as informal, direct, genuine, and humorous. I tend to be blunt, direct, and call people out on their BS - I say what you can’t or won’t say to yourself. How can I help you?

Group for Adult Neurodivergent Individuals
This virtual group is for neurodivergent cis-women, gender non-conforming women, transgender women, and non-binary individuals who are diagnosed with ADHD and/or low support needs autism spectrum disorder. This group will focus on different skills to assist with distress tolerance, managing stressors and stress responses, lifestyle changes, communication, sensory needs, emotional regulation, understanding of self, and much more.
