My approach to treatment is collaborative and incorporates the strengths and needs of the individual, couple, or family I am working with.
I have advanced training in and specialize in utilizing three major evidence based therapy approaches: 1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention 2. Dialectical Behavior Therapy 3. Emotion Focused Couples Therapy. I have over 15 years of experience working in a variety of settings with clients of all ages.
